Library Budget
In 2025, 31.25% of the Library Budget was from prior levy funds. Passage of this levy will restore that vital local funding, helping to maintain the quality programs, services, and resources our community relies on.

In 2025, the WCPL Bookmobile stopped at 7 schools, 13 facilities, and 9 public spots
“I own Aspire Autism Center. We utilize the Washington County Public Library Bookmobile for our students. The bookmobile comes once a month, we take our clients out to pick out books at their reading level. The kids get so excited and call it the "book bus"; this is such a valuable experience for our students. Many of them do not have the opportunity to go to the library, and this experience allows them to engage with books and a different environment. The bus driver is always so kind, patient, and helpful. Without the Washington County Library, we would not have this valuable opportunity.
Aspire Autism Center has also utilized the library to find books specific to our clients; we have ordered braille books and other specialized books for our students - things we do not normally have access to on our own. The staff has been amazing about helping us find what we need.”
